NCP1012ST100T3 Application Field and Working Principle

NCP1012ST100T3 is a PMIC-AC/DC converters and offline switchers from ON Semiconductor. This product is designed for high performance in power supply designs, and it is suitable for applications that demand high efficiency and power integrity.

The NCP1012ST100T3 is a synchronous rectified buck converter, capable of delivering output currents up to 315mA. This device comprises of an internal switch transistor, high voltage integrated power switch, and built-in over temperature protection circuit.
