NCN1012ST130T3G is a two-stage ac/dc converter, offline switcher, and PMIC (power management integrated circuit) that can be used in various applications ranging from consumer, automotive, and communications markets to industrial and medical markets. It features a wide input voltage range of up to 36 volts, up to 95% efficiency, and up to 90 watts of output power.

The NCN1012ST130T3G’s two-stage robust topology allows the device to easily meet safety requirements, offering continuous power without thermal shutdown and over-temperature protection. The PMIC is capable of operating from -40°C to +125°C and can withstand a surge of up to 150V.
