NCP114BMX300TCG Application Field and Working Principle
The NCP114BMX300TCG is a high voltage monolithic linear voltage regulator, manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is an ideal voltage regulator for mobile and other applications requiring higher output voltages, due to its ability to handle a maximum input range of 6.5V to 67V and provide an output voltage of 4.01V to 67V. It is designed to work with input voltages up to 70V and provides protection against overvoltage and short circuit conditions, making it suitable for use in emergency and off-line applications.
The NCP114BMX300TCG is designed to provide an output voltage that is accurate, stable and efficient. Working Principle
