The NCP1240ED065R2G is a highly efficient member of a new generation of AC/DC converters and offline switchers offering low power losses, high efficiency and low component count. This PMIC (power management integrated circuit) is designed to operate across a wide input range of 1V to 8V and to deliver up to 65W of output power to the load. It makes use of an innovative new Half-Bridge LLC resonant design which combines the simplicity of a flyback topology with the performance of a forward converter.
