The NCP1400ASN25T1G is a highly integrated single inductor DC/DC switching regulator. It combines a synchronous rectification P-channel MOSFET and a low-RDS(on) N-Channel MOSFET combined with a current mode PWM controller, to offer excellent efficiency while allowing a wide input voltage range. This device is designed to provide excellent line and load regulation, as well as good transient response with small external components.
The NCP1400ASN25T1G is especially suited for power conservation applications, such as battery operated systems, and other point-of-load applications that require a step-down voltage conversion from 1.4 V to 1.25 V and less.
