The boards feature an NCP1521BEVB device as the main power switch, offering high performance and small size for designers working with small form factor designs.The NCP1521BEVB evaluation boards are designed to allow users to easily optimize the device for their chosen power conversion task, and to understand the operation and features of the NCP1521BEVB device. The evaluation boards have been designed to offer users multiple outputs for evaluating the device in different applications, such as low noise, high efficiency, PFC and constant current control. The boards also feature an on-board wide input voltage range AC/DC rectifier, output inductor, and circuitry for the control and protection of the device.The NCP1521BEVB works on a resonant switching method, with the device switching the input voltage at a high frequency.
