NCP348AEMTTBG: TVS - Mixed Technology
TVS - Mixed Technology incorporates a combination of standard, surface mount, high power transient voltage suppressors as well as a switching transient voltage suppressor solution to protect circuits from voltage transients, or electrical spikes, caused by lightning or high energy electrical events. In the case of NCP348AEMTTBG, this protection is provided by an array of eight special diodes, an array of four high power Schottky diodes, and a switchable Schottky diode.
In addition to providing protection from unwanted transients, NCP348AEMTTBG is designed for easy connection and management of existing power supplies. It features a 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range, is not sensitive to humidity, and is available in a wide variety of supply voltages.
