NCP3712ASNT3G is a mixed technology TVS (Transil Voltage Suppressor) diode designed for minimal power loss and exceptional performance in a small package. It is a perfect product for systems that require high reliability, low EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and, especially, low power dissipation.
