The NCV47411PAAJR2G is an integrated linear voltage regulator with a wide input voltage range, guaranteed low dropout voltage and continuous output current capability of up to 3A. It is driven with a current coming from an external N-channel MOSFET, and its control loop is based on a high precision voltage reference.
