Working Principle of NJM78LR05BMNJM78LR05BM is a three-terminal low dropout regulator. It has a pass element consisting of a series P-channel MOSFET, an error amplifier and an output voltage level detector. The pass element, which is a P-channel MOSFET, is connected to the error amplifier. The output voltage is controlled by the two resistors connected between the output terminal and the error amplifier input terminal.
