NJU7001D is a low voltage, single supply, precision instrumentation amplifier (configurable as a dual or quad device), which can be used in a wide variety of applications such as signal conditioning and medical instrumentation. It is an ideal choice for medical, telecom and industrial applications where low voltage supplies, precision and high accuracy are needed.The NJU7001D is a low voltage, single supply instrumentation amplifier with very low quiescent current and excellent PSRR (Power supply rejection ratio). Due to its low input offset voltage, the NJU7001D does not need calibration and its output drift with temperature is minimized. The NJU7001D also features high accuracy with a gain accuracy of 0.02% and effective PSRR of up to 60dB at 1kHz. It is also short circuit protected and has ESD protection up to 8kV.The NJU7001D is designed to amplify small signals with high accuracy and low noise. Its wideband noise is extremely low, with 0.1μVrms (10Hz to 100kHz), and its low distortion THD is at <0.01%. The low input bias current is usually only in the region of a few pA, and it has a wide input signal common mode range from ground to VCC-1V. The device has two signal inputs, a non-inverting (VIN+) and an inverting (VIN-), and a reference input (VREF). The signal inputs are protected against ESD up to ±8kV (human body model).The NJU7001D can be configured in a number of ways to suit the needs of the application. It can be used as a buffer amplifier or low-noise buffer amplifier, or as an instrumentation amplifier.
