The NJU7062D is a high power and high frequency linear amplifier IC. It is designed for instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps and other applications. It features excellent linearity, high frequency and power conversion, and low power dissipation. The NJU7062D is a highly efficient linear amplifier with a wide frequency range. It has low power dissipation, low distortion, low offset and is ideal for instrumentation, OP Amps and buffer Amps.
The NJU7062D is a dual-channel linear amplifier and operates at a frequency range of 10 kHz to 2.4 GHz.It offers up to 50 dB gain with a 1dB flatness over the entire frequency range with a 3dB reduction in gain at the highest frequencies. It can be used to drive high-impedance inputs and low-impedance outputs. It utilizes a single-ended input and uses a differential output to provide excellent linearity and low distortion. The NJU7062D can operate at a maximum drain current of 30 mA and can supply up to 20V of power dissipation for power amplifiers.
