NL17SG34DFT2G is an advanced logic-level translator quadricotor integrated driver designed for enhanced low power performance which requires very minimal support circuitry.This integrated driver has been designed to facilitate the automated flow-through assembly process of high-density printed circuit boards.The device is also compliant with the JEDEC Standard JESD97-1 (Single Output) and/or JEDEC Standard JESD97-2 (Multiple Outputs). The NL17SG34DFT2G is available in 7 packages with either IStandard or IIAdvanced Outputs.
The NL17SG34DFT2G integrated driver includes a logic-level translator on each input terminal that can be used to ensure that the outputs can drive full TTL loads with a minimum of propagation delay.The output levels of the NL17SG34DFT2G can range from 2.5V to 10V typically, and is adjustable with a voltage divider network.The output current is typically 50 mA but can be increased to up to 150 mA with a charge pump or similar additional circuit.
