NLSV1T240MUTBG is a monolithic level shifter IC for bidirectional voltage translation that provides a regulated output of 1.2V and can transfer data between 1.2V and interface voltage range from 1.5V to 3.6V. It is designed for applications that require an efficient, low-cost solution to translate digital signals at both low power and high performance level in a small package such as smart phones, digital cameras, and other portable/lightweight devices. This IC is also suitable for embedded systems and applications that require bidirectional voltage translation.The NLSV1T240MUTBG is a low ron, low capacitance, single-channel bidirectional level shifter IC with high drive strength and low output impedance which can support up to 75 MHz of data transmission. It allows data to be transferred between 1.2V to 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 3.6V with a maximum 25mA of output current depending on the speed of the data being shifted. The NLSV1T240MUTBG also features fast switching time and consumes minimal power in the form of a very low quiescent current of 0.8µA per channel. The NLSV1T240MUTBG is available in the SOT-23-5 package.The wide range of input / output voltage options provided by the NLSV1T240MUTBG make it suitable for a number of applications.
