Pressure sensors and transducers are pressure measuring instruments that detect physical pressure and convert it into an electrical signal. The NPI-19H-701AH is a pressure sensor/transducer specifically designed to measure and control low differential gas and liquid pressure with media compatibility running up to 18MΩ.

The NPI-19H-701AH provides a cost-efficient solution to engineering applications such asindustrial pneumatics, combustion control systems, HVAC, and vacuum-controlled systems. The pressure transducer offers many features, including high accuracy and 50 mV/V output. It operates off a 9-12 Volt DC supply and provides a 0-3,000 PSI (gas) or 0-6,000 PSI (liquid) output.

The NPI-19H-701AH employs a special design principle and architecture in order to fulfill its pressure sensing and transduction needs. The transducer utilizes a custom hybrid ceramic technology for its diaphragm and electrodes. These components provide high resolution, high accuracy, and stability in response to the pressure inputs. The transducer’s sensor design is further complemented by a true field measurement capability and a digital output for easy signal analysis.

The working principle of the NPI-19H-701AH is fairly straightforward but effective. When pressure is applied to the transducer’s diaphragm, this causes a change in resistance which is measured by an onboard circuit. This measurement is then converted into a digital signal and sent to an analog-to-digital converter, which then creates the appropriate output voltage. This voltage is then used to calculate the current and pressure values.

The NPI-19H-701AH pressure transducer is also designed to operate in a wide variety of conditions. This pressure sensor offers excellent electrical protection against reverse polarity, short-circuiting, and overvoltage. It also provides a temperature range of 0°C - 70°C. In addition, all pressure readings are compensated in-situ to ensure accuracy under varying pressure and temperature conditions.

The NPI-19H-701AH is an advanced pressure transducer suitable for a wide range of pressure detection and measurement applications. Its hybrid ceramic construction ensures consistently reliable and accurate readings, while its digital output and flexible electrical protection capabilities provide engineers with an ideal solution for any industrial application.
