NU-LB-NUC140 is a low-power, embedded versatile application field and MCU with a powerful 32-bit ARM ® Cortex™-M0 processor and versatile communication and peripheral interfaces. It can be used for embedded applications, such as process control, instrumentation, consumer electronic applications, automation and motor control applications. This versatility makes it suitable for applications in many industrial and consumer sectors. ARMs wide range of products and development tools enable users to quickly develop their applications using this platform.
The NU-LB-NUC140 features a Multi-Core-Bus for flexible, high-speed, multi-functional communication and advanced system integration. This bus structure allows for high-speed data transfer and integration of additional peripheral components such as sensors, switches, and actuators. The NU-LB-NUC140 also integrates an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that supports 10-bit resolution. This ADC helps to improve the accuracy of data collection and processing.
The NU-LB-NUC140 embedded processor consists of three processing cores – ARM Cortex-M0, Cortex-M3 and Cortex-M4, which can be freely combined and configured to meet requirements of specific applications. All the cores are programmed using the ARM Compiler and can use Accelerated C, C++, and ARMv8-A instruction sets.
The NU-LB-NUC140 application field and working principle is based on the ARM Cortex-M0 processor, which provides enhanced processing and instruction execution times. The ARM Cortex-M0 is designed to be more energy-efficient than traditional 8-bit MCUs. The processor executes instructions up to 8MHz and can be clocked up to 65MHz to provide maximum performance. The processor supports up to 8KiB (2KB) RAM and up to 128KB Flash memory, which enables fast and efficient application development.
In addition, the NU-LB-NUC140 includes many on-chip peripherals and modules, such as GPIOs, UART, I2C, PWM, timer, SPI, CAN, and ADC. These functions and modules provide users with the means to develop efficient applications with the help of sensors and other external components. This platform also provides users with an Ethernet module, allowing for real-time communication between controllers and other external devices and networks.
The NU-LB-NUC140 is an ideal choice for embedded applications. It can be used to develop high-performance, energy-efficient applications such as process control, instrumentation, consumer electronic applications, automation, and motor control. It can also be used as an embedded building block or as a development tool. The NU-LB-NUC140 is highly configurable and provides users with several communication, I/O, and peripheral interfaces, which make it ideal for a wide range of applications.
