The OCM14102-NX-OCP is an optical concurrent multiplexer/demultiplexer skillfully designed to provide a highly reliable means to concurrent multiplex and demultiplex multiple channels of digital signals. It enables the insertion of Ethernet networks over a single fiber channel while allowing the coexistence of the Ethernet traffic in the same fiber against other existing networks. For example, one link could be used to transport two independent Gigabit Ethernet networks along with singlemode and multimode IR versions.
