The OP213ES is a voltage feedback operational amplifier (Op Amp) that is used in instrumentation and many other applications where small signal amplification, buffering and gain control is necessary. The OP213ES working principle is based on the fact that electrical signals from a transducer such as a microphone, resistance bridge, strain gauge or thermocouple can be converted into electrical status signals by connecting them to an operational amplifier. An operational amplifier consists of two input terminals, an inverting and non-inverting input, and an output terminal. By providing a tiny amount of power to the input terminals, the output voltage will correspond to the input voltage. The output will have the same polarity as the input and the output voltage will be proportional to the magnitude of the input voltage.
The OP213ES is available in a variety of package options. These options include an ultra-mini SOIC version, a micro-mini SOIC version and a small SOT version. It also includes a dual-in-line package.
