The OPA2614IDG4 is an inverting operational amplifier (op amp) with a gain of $\frac{V_{out}}{V_{in}}=-A$ where A is the gain set by the external resistor. The gain is given by$$A=\frac{R_{f}}{R_{in}} $$where Rf is the feedback resistor and Rin is the input resistor. The op amp has two inputs: the positive input and the negative input. The voltage at the positive input is applied to the inverting input of the op amp and the voltage at the negative input is applied to the non-inverting input. The difference between the two signals is amplified by the gain, A. The output voltage is given by$$V_{out} = -A*(V_{in+}-V_{in-}) $$In the OPA2614IDG4, the positive input is typically used for the signal voltage and the negative input is connected to ground.
