The P0901SALRP technology involves multiple mixed technologies to accurately detect any particles within the environment and alert the user of any potential risks through alarms and visual indicators. The device can detect particles as small as 1.0 μm - 10.0 μm due to its high level of sensitivity and accuracy.

Working Principle

The P0901SALRP technology works by using an aerodynamic system which creates a fractioned and centrifugal force which separates particles of different sizes. This component is known as the Particle Sampler. Once the particles of different sizes have been detected, the signal is then sent to an analyzing and intensifying component known as Analyzer. Through a highly sensitive PMS source, particles travel through the Analyzer Component in an upright position and are injected into a stream of air otherwise known as a vacuum.

Once the particles have been detected and analyzed, any particle which has been detected of sizes 1.0 μm - 10.0 μm is then displayed by the device and an audible alarm and warning indicator is sent. The audible alarm warns the user of any presence of particles and the visual indicator maintians the presence of the particles through the use of colored LEDS or strobe lights.

When the particles have been detected, the P0901SALRP can also register the number of particles present in the environment as well as measure the number of airborne particles. It is an ideal device when it comes to monitoring industrial and hazardous workspaces such as factory floors.
