The P2500MHA0G has a power-on surge current rated at 140A and a reverse leakage current of 100µA when immersed in a temperature of 25°C. In addition, the P2500MHA0G has a low-capacitance region between its drain and gate, providing high insulation performance.
The P2500MHA0G is also a fast-acting diode, having a recovery time of 10ns and a reverse recovery time of 7.5µs. It is also capable of high-temperature operation, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
The P2500MHA0G offers robust performance, making it a good choice for applications in areas where space and power are of premium concern. Its shallow junction construction is beneficial for high-speed applications, and its low-capacitance region ensures high insulation performance.
