Phase Equalizing Peak Power Protecting (P4SMA400) is a type of transient voltage suppressors (TVS) diode, which is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients induced by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning.
