The working principle of P51-15-A-N-MD-4.5OV relies on a Wheatstone bridge circuit which uses a Wheatstone bridge to measure the change in electrical resistance of a strain gauge which has been placed on a pressure diaphragm. A strain gauge is a device which can detect changes in strain, or the deformation of an object due to an applied force. As the pressure diaphragm deforms due to the applied force, the strain gauge converts this deformation into an electrical resistance. This resistance is then used to measure changes in the applied force.The Wheatstone bridge circuit is composed of four resistors R1, R2, R3 and R4. When a force is applied to the pressure diaphragm, the strain gauge changes its resistance and causes the Wheatstone bridge to be unbalanced, producing an electrical signal. This signal is then processed and amplified by a signal conditioner, which converts it into an output voltage proportional to the applied pressure. The output voltage of the signal conditioner can then be connected to a display device, such as an analog meter, which can be used to view and measure the applied pressure.By using a Wheatstone bridge and strain gauge, P51-15-A-N-MD-4.5OV is able to measure the applied pressure in the medium and output an analog electrical signal proportional to the applied pressure.
