The device has excellent thermal stability and low clamping voltage characteristics, making it suitable for use in many different applications. It is able to tolerate temperature variations of up to -55 to +150°C and has a storage temperature range of -65 to +175°C. Additionally, it has an ESD rating of 8kV and is RoHS compliant.
