P9235-13NDGI is a specialized power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed to power small devices and communications equipment. It also includes an integrated programmable Interrupt Handler (IH).

It also has an integrated voltage-sense VRM that can be configured to monitor up to three voltage rails.
