PAM3105ACA120 is a dual-channel optical isolator drive chip, which integrates isolated drive protection circuit and optocoupler. It can realize two-way four-channel independent isolated current drive, high drive voltage, wide common mode voltage range, low power consumption, low drive voltage drop, and fast electrical isolation response time. This product is widely used in industrial control, medical, communication, automotive and other fields.In the application field of industrial control, it can be used in motor/pump control, industrial automation modullarization, DSP communication, robot control, distributed I/O, encoder interface, motor communication and control. In medical, it can be used in medical imaging, medical instrumentation, hospital monitoring devices, and medical equipment. In other areas, it can be used in transformer and electrical equipment, remote communication, touch screen, analog isolation amplifying devices.PAM3105ACA120 has a complete internal isolation protection circuit, which is mainly composed of an optocoupler, a driver, a capacitor and an inductor. The optocoupler can provide electrical isolation protection by means of electromagnetic induction, and the driver can output accurate electrical signals or control voltage signals. The capacitor and inductor will reduce the strength of the induced electric field, so it has high common mode voltage range and strong anti-interference capability.When a signal is output from one channel to the other, it will first pass through the isolated protective circuit and be coupled by the optocoupler. This optocoupler is composed of a light-emitting diode and a photodiode, and the light output from the LED is used to drive the photodiode, which is converted into electric energy and transferred to the receiving end. The receiving end will convert the electric energy back to the original digital or analog signal and then output it.PAM3105ACA120 has the advantages of high drive voltage, wide common mode voltage range, low power consumption, low drive voltage drop and fast electrical isolation response time.
