PAXH0100 Working Principle

The PAXH0100 is based on the principle of a Wheatstone bridge circuit. This circuit has four branches arranged in a cross formation, with each branch including a voltage source, resistor, voltage divider, and load resistance. During operation, one of the voltage sources is used as an input, while the other is used as an output. When the output voltage reaches equilibrium, the difference between the two voltages is proportional to the difference between the two resistors. This difference is measure using an analogue-to-digital converter, and the result is displayed on the PAXH0100’s 4-digit LED display.
