PAY23015A12 is an electronic waveform recognition module developed by JXX Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. It is widely used in many fields that involve waveform recognition such as aviation, aerospace, electric power, communications, military, industrial automation, medical diagnosis, brain-computer interface, and other applications. This module can effectively identify various types of waveforms, including sinusoidal, square wave, triangular wave, sawtooth wave, asymmetric wave, frequency-modulated wave, time-domain wave, and other waveform types.
The PAY23015A12 module is based on the combination of DSP, fuzzy control technology, and FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) algorithm, and is composed of an embedded system, wave signal acquisition unit, pre-processing unit, pattern recognition unit, and other circuits. PAY23015A12 features high precision waveform detection, fast response, strong anti-interference ability, high recognition accuracy, and easy to use. It can receive 20k-50kHz, with an effective recognition amplitude range of 0.2V-50V for waveforms below 10kHz, and a maximum signal frequency range of 1MHz. The waveforms received by this module are first amplified and matched by the signal acquisition unit, after which they are sent to the form recognition module for computing. In the signal pre-processing unit, the original signal waveforms are filtered, scaled, phased-modulated, and processed by tight window processing to improve the accuracy and speed of signal recognition. The FFT algorithm is then used to generate the same frequency spectrum of the signal waveform.
(2) Pattern recognition module
The pattern recognition module mainly uses fuzzy control technology. It is composed of signal recognition, signal separation, signal identification, signal comparison, and other sub-modules. The main purpose is to identify the signal waveform accurately. The signal recognition sub-module mainly uses the specific waveform recognition threshold for recognition, with an accuracy of 99.6%. The signal separation sub-module can also identify the signal type and the corresponding wave pattern. It can accurately separate two signals with similar characteristics. The signal identification sub-module can accurately identify the corresponding waveforms within the actively selected frequency band. The signal comparison sub-module can compare the predefined signals with the given signal to identify whether the signal is valid or invalid.
