PDAATA stands for Plasmonic Detection of Aliphatic Amino Acids in Tris buffer. It is a novel technology for biosenors that is capable of detecting amino acids in a very fast and reliable manner, without the need for any sample preparation. It is based on the principle of plasmonic biosensing, which uses surface plasmon resonance (SPR) to detect specific biomolecules using a reflective metal surface. It is a non-invasive sensing method used for the analysis of proteins, peptides, nucleic acids and amino acids in a variety of buffer systems.
