The PGA203KPG4 is an integrated 24V input voltage instrumentation amplifier (in-amp) family with a low offset voltage and precision gain block. It is designed to provide improved performance in a variety of applications such as pressure sensors, strain gauges, accelerometer, or other sensor applications that require an in-amp to provide gain accuracy, low offset voltage, as well as a large common mode range.
The PGA203KPG4 features a linear gain controlled by a 4-bit digital gain control. It provides a maximum gain of 128x, with a minimum gain of 1, and an offset voltage of less than 5mV. The gain is programmed easily and accurately with a 4-bit binary digital word. The gain can also be programmed with a wide range of external resistors, and even higher gains of up to 1000x are possible. In addition to its gain capabilities, the PGA203KPG4 also offers a wide common mode operating range and low power consumption, making it ideal for portable applications.
The PGA203KPG4 provides a high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of up to 100dB, which helps to maintain a stable gain over the entire operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
