Credit-card size module provides two differential channels, each fully buffered and equalized up to 400 MHz as well as eight power and 16 grounds for proper signal transition. Each differential data channel provides connectivity for clock, data, and strobe signals, either alone or simultaneously with data rate up to 6.25Gbps. DC power is provided through an OCM pin-out.
