PI6ULS5V9515AWE is an automotive-qualified serial bus transceiver and is designed for communication interface applications. It operates up to 5-V supply voltage and provides medical-grade thin-film ceramic packages with ESD protection up to 15-kV HBM. The PI6ULS5V9515AWE serial bus transceiver provides full-duplex buffering of one differential data line. The net-to-node data-bit rate is up to 400 Mbps at 5 V.

Working Principle
