The PIC16F616T-I/SL is a 8/14-pin Flash-based, 8-bit CMOS microcontroller specifically designed for low cost, low power microcontroller applications. It has a maximum frequency of 100 kHz and is designed to meet the performance and cost saving needs of embedded control systems. Designed with the latest CMOS process, the PIC16F616T-I/SL has wide operating range (2.0V to 5.5V and can operate on input voltage as low as 2.0V, allowing for further cost savings.
The PIC16F616T-I/SL offers a number of features which enable it to be used in various applications. These features include 4KB of flash memory, 512B of EEPROM, 8B of RAM, along with integrated peripherals such as 8 -bit Timer/Counter (CTC), Watchdog Timer (WDT) and Brown-out reset circuit for reliable operation.
