The output of the PLL can be adjusted to the required frequency range by varying the frequency control voltage that is applied to the loop filter. The output frequency can be set to the exact frequency needed by the application by adjusting the Loop parameters like reference counter, charge pump current and feedback divider. The frequency of the output signal is determined by these parameters.
