PL580-39QI is a monolithic clock generator/frequency synthesizer integrated circuit specifically designed to synthesize high precision crystal level frequencies and serve as a frequency generator. It is an integrated clock source device designed to provide frequency stability in a variety of applications, such as clocks for personal computers, embedded systems, and communication equipment.

The PL580-39QI clock generator/ frequency synthesizer is implemented using advanced circuit techniques, which guarantee its frequency stability over a wide operating range. The PL580-39QI incorporates a phase locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer to achieve high accuracy and immunity to variations of input and output frequencies.
