The PL580-39OC-R Clock/Timing - Clock Generators, PLLs, Frequency Synthesizers is a highly reliable, low-cost IC that provides a variety of frequency synthesis solutions in applications that require highly precise, programmable output frequencies. Based on Silicon Laboratories SiTime Silicon MEMS Low-Jitter, High-Reliability clock generator technology, the PL580-39OC-R is the ideal device for reducing system cost and board area in computationally demanding applications such as peripheral controllers, digital signal processors, microcontrollers and digital imaging solutions.
The PL580-39OC-R features a separate digital phase-locked loop (PLL) that operates from an external reference clock selected from one of three on-board voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) frequencies.
