PLZ20C-G3/H diodes belong to the one of the most commonly used diode type – single Zener diodes. They are one of the simplest diodes to use due to their low forward voltage drop and their fast switching capability. This makes them ideal for logic circuit applications such as fast switching rectifiers and protection circuits. In addition, they have no reverse recovery time, making them ideal for high-frequency switching applications.

The PLZ20C-G3/H series of diodes are designed for use in high-frequency switching applications and medical instrumentation markets.
