The PMEG10020AELPX is an easy to use, single phase silicon rectifier power package. This power package is used mostly in commercial and industrial applications, due to its high temperature rating, low forward voltage drop, high surge current capability and low power losses.

The PMEG10020AELPX is suitable for many application fields such as Bridges, DC-DC voltage doubler, HVAC, SMPS, UPS and three-phase rectifiers.
