The PN4092 is a metal–oxide–semiconductor field–effect transistor (MOSFET) that uses metal–oxide–semiconductor (MOS) technology and is designed for high-voltage applications from 200V to 600V. The PN4092 is commonly used for power switching, voltage regulation, linear amplification and audio amplifiers. It is widely used in many types of circuits and systems, such as motor control and switching applications, power amplifiers, power supplies, and control amplifiers.The PN4092 is a junction gate field-effect transistor (JFET). It has a high input impedance and is inherently low noise. It has a low drain-source voltage (Vds), a high transconductance gain, and a low gate cutoff voltage.
