The PPT0020GRR5VB is a solenoid-controlled differential pressure transducer with a vacuum sensing design. The sensing element is a piezoresistive transducer that consists of a bridge circuit made of two pairs of opposite-active semiconductor elements that are disposed orthogonally in a zig-zag pattern and mounted on a substrate. This sensing element is linked with a thermally-sensitive element in the same package. The variance in resistance, when shunted by the control solenoid, results in a proportional output signal.
