PQ050ES3MXPQ is a versatile, low-dropout linear regulator product manufactured by PMIC-Voltage Regulators-Linear. It features a wide input voltage range and can operate with a load current up to50mA. It has a fixed output voltage that is programmable within a range of 0.05V to 0.95V.
