PQ1K253M2ZP is an ultra low quiescent current, low noise, low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator that offers excellent performance in terms of low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. This voltage regulator is suitable for mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs) and other portable electronics applications.

This LDO delivers a regulated output of 1.2V to 4.5V. With its ultra-low, 0.2μA quiescent current and 0.2Ω dropout voltage, it offers the most efficient system power solutions in a wide variety of battery-powered products.
