PT6523ET is a DC-DC converter, designed to convert a voltage source from 4.5V to 28V dc into a regulated 12V DC output voltage. PT6523ET is a 3-terminal adjustable regulator IC, mainly used in automotive audio power management, such as car DVD processors, Bluetooth handsfree devices, and car GPS navigation systems. The PT6523ET is a switching-mode device operating at a constant frequency of 150kHz.

The working principle of PT6523ET is based on the principle of step-down voltage conversion, which converts a higher input voltage to a lower output voltage.
