PV71W14-19SY is a large area flat transmitter and receiver diode designed for high speed digital and fiber transmissions. This diode has a total acceptance angle of 20° over a wide temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The diode has a low noise figure of 1.9dB and is capable of a wide range of applications, from telecommunication to cost effective consumer electronics.
