The PXU11B20 is a controller designed to monitor and control temperature and process variables. It is designed to be used in a wide variety of industrial applications and is ideal for controlling processes such as boilers, heaters, ovens, and furnaces.The PXU11B20 is capable of controlling temperatures from -50°C to 200°C and can be used as a standalone controller or with a PC or other automation device. The controller can be easily connected to a variety of thermocouples, RTD\'s, discrete inputs, and other external process sensors. It also provides 48 VDC power supply for powering process sensors and load relays.The controller features 16 User-Programmed Control Channels, with 8 temperature control outputs and 8 process control outputs. Each channel provides independent control, ranging from 0 to 100 for temperatures and 0 to 30 for processes. The controller can be used to control a single process, or two or more processes in sequence or parallel mode. The user can easily program up to 250 different processes using the included software.The PXU11B20 also features a built-in transistor output for driving load relays and a 0-10V analog output for driving load valves. The 0-10V analog output can be used to drive both open- and closed-loop actuators. The optional external ramp and soak module allows for up to 250 steps of ramp and soak operations.The PXU11B20 also features an intuitive user interface with programmable multilingual menus for easy setup and operation. The controller can be easily integrated into a control system with Modbus, Profibus, or ethernet communication protocol. The controller is powered by 110/220V AC power and features a robust housing for harsh environments.The PXU11B20 is an efficient and reliable controller for controlling temperature and process variables in industrial applications.
