In both modes of operation, the QS3126QG switch is able to switch logic levels from digital logic chips. In single-ended applications, the switch can pass logic levels from logic chips with minimum offset while in differential mode, the switch can pass logic levels between digital logic chips with minimum common-mode noise.The switching function of the QS3126QG is based on the CMOS transmission gate structure. The on-resistance of the switch is low which allows for fast switching speed and the signal integrity of the signal is maintained. The switch has both CMOS and TTL compatible inputs and employs an ESD protection scheme for added reliability. Also, when the signal is on, leakage current is very minimal which allows the switch to perform well in battery operated applications.The multiplexing and decoding functionality of the QS3126QG makes it particularly useful in many applications.
