Working Principles

QSB7548S24 is a non-isolated DC-DC converter with synchronized rectifier and synchronous switching that provides excellent power conversion efficiency. It implements the latest technologies in power management to reduce external components (LLC resonant half-bridge diode and MOSFET), reduce cost, and improve power efficiency. QSB7548S24 leverages the advantages of advanced modulation techniques such as phase-shift modulation and phase-shifted constant on-time (COT). This ensures reliable high current operation over the entire temperature range and enhances the power efficiency.

QSB7548S24 also includes multiple integrated safety features such as over-current protection, short-circuit protection, and over-voltage protection. It supports 3.3V and 5V wide input voltage range, and comes with integrated 6-bit digital control which enables real-time control and monitoring of the power supply unit for optimum performance.
