QSP24BL is a single phase dual voltage static transfer switch (STS), which is designed for interconecting two sources, such as utility and generator. STS can automatically and rapidly transfer the load from the primary source to the secondary source, and switch back again if the primary source is available. This QSP24BL device is manufactured by Littelfuse Inc. and it offers multiple features such as safe isolation, long life cycle, and extraordinary combination of power and intelligence.

Working Principle

When the load is supplied by the primary source, the input voltage will be detected by the STS. If there is a sudden power failure of the primary source, the output voltage will be transferred to the secondary source. When the voltage of the primary source is restored and reaches the regular voltage value, the STS will detect the input voltage and switch the load back to the primary source.

The mechanical array is very important for QSP24BL. When the input voltage drops below a fixed value, the load will be transferred to the secondary source.
