The QT100-ISG is a family of capacitive sensor ICs designed to provide reliable touch surface functionality. Featuring a detection range up to 15 cm, the QT100-ISG is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including automotive, consumer, industrial, and medical. The IC features a low power consumption, with a standby current consumption as low as 140 nA. As such, it is an excellent choice for use in portable medical and consumer products.

At the heart of the QT100-ISG is a patented high-sensitivity detection system. The IC utilizes a self-calibrating, 5th-order interpolative technique to detect the slightest change in capacitance. This attribute, combined with its low power consumption, makes the QT100-ISG ideal for use in consumer, industrial, and medical applications. In addition, the IC also has a Multi-Process Precision (MPS) system onboard, which allows multiple simultaneous real-time processing and further enhances its detection performance.
