QXK2G225KTP Working Principle

The QXK2G225KTP film capacitors are built of Kapton Polyimide film, which has very good dissipation factor and electrical stability characteristics. The capacitors usually have self-healing properties, which means that the internal microdischarge self-heals the film, allowing the capacitor to maintain its original characteristics after robust overload conditions. As for charge and discharge, QXK2G225KTP are polypropylene dielectric capacitors with standard rate of 0.07C, reaching a maximum of 0.25C rated operating conditions. This means that the rate of charging and discharging will linearly increase 0.07C under any load to a maximum 0.25C. When fully charged, QXK2G225KTP can be used until the breakdown voltage (U D) is reached and no more than half of the rated voltage (V R). After reaching the U D, the capacitors automatically switch off and will reset when the voltage drops down. The maximum operating temperature for QXK2G225KTP is 125°C and higher storage.
